The breakfast was rich with tea & coffee and a toaster, and the facilities were very good. The hotel's location was good and fab, near Swanage for a family wedding at the Town Hall which was easily walkable from the property, To The Centre and the front garden.

The location was great and fab, just off Swanage town centre, the seafront and the shops, and the main beach in Swanage, the beach was close to the venue. The breakfast with a toaster and tea & coffee, for instance was rich for what you got.
Facilities were really good, but Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Enjoyed our rooms with en-suite in what looked like a closet. The location of the hotel was central, not far from the beach, the town centre and the steam train station, and walking distance for most to the beach.

This hotel was a great value for the price. The attention to detail was evident in the nicely decorated and clean rooms.
